The council charge £10 for 6 items of bulky waste to be
collected.
Bulky waste items are things such as: a settee, furniture, fridge/freezer, cooker, TV, washing machine.
It takes approximately 5-7 working days from payment for a collection to take place. A customer service representative will call you the day prior to your collection.
Collections are made from the front, side or rear of your property.
The collection crew cannot enter your property, garage or shed.
Collection vehicles may differ depending on the type of bulky household
waste that you have. For example, some types of waste (such as fridges and
freezers) need to be collected in different vehicles than things like beds
and settees.
